Pocket Yoga
No time to get to the yoga studio? If you want to squeeze in a quick yoga sesh at home, Pocket Yoga is a great option. The app lets you select the type of yoga you’d like to practice, the length of time, and your level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced). It then leads you through a series of poses, using audio instructions combined with nicely designed illustrations and peaceful music.

“Health Album” by pingMD is a great new health solution for parents. You can record your childs growth, development, vaccinations and other medical information. The App is really easy to use so you have quick access to your childs health details. There is a membership requirement for connecting with your Doctor and your Doctor needs to be a part of the service, but the secure information portal alone is great.
