Werther’s Caramel Stuffed Sugar Cookies
There are lots of fun cookie recipes this time of year and I decided to take our favorite sugar cookie recipe straight over the top by stuffing it with some Werther’s soft caramels. I mean, isn’t everything better with caramel? Sprucing up my favorite sugar cookie recipe with Werther’s was actually a cinch. I whipped up my favorite cookie dough and wrapped it around a Werther’s caramel. Then, I slipped them in the oven to bake. Once they cooled down I took a bite into one and marveled at the smooth, creamy melted Werther’s center. It was the perfect new twist on an old favorite!

OMG. I will need to make these immediately if not sooner. Calorie-free, right?
This has to be one of the best looking cookie recipes I’ve seen in forever!
Um, Yum! Anything is better when stuffed with caramel, right?!
Surprise! Look what you get to bite into! I think I might add a bit of sea salt just for fun.
I’m not typically a big sugar cookie fan- too boring for my sweet tooth, but I think this might be just the thing to change my mind!
I LOVE this idea! Can’t wait to make this recipe over the holidays.
These sound fantastic. We’ll make them soon!
