The Homemade S'More Blizzard

By TheNaptimeChef |

S'more shake

When I was in college I was hooked on DQ Blizzards. I loved them so much and practically lived on them during finals week. We don’t have a DQ near us so I don’t go much any more, but that is okay. I have a blender so I can easily make them at home. When I was thinking of summer ice cream the other day I decided to whip up a homemade S’More blizzard. I added marshmallows, chocolate chunks and graham cracker crumbs to a rich chocolate ice cream. I then add a little milk and whipped everything together. Whipping it in the blender after everything was key. That way some of the big bits were broken up and everything was evenly incorporated. I am so looking forward to warm weather and more blizzards this summer!

The S’More Blizzard

2 large scoops chocolate ice cream

1 cup milk

1 handful chocolate chips

1 handful mini-marshmallows

1 large graham cracker, broken into large chunks

Whir everything together in a blender and serve!
