On hot or hectic summer nights, simple desserts can be a godsend. That’s when we look to effortless favorites made from the best fruit of the season. A few nights ago, that was a few just-ripe nectarines. Dessert inspiration struck and we made this easy summer treat in minutes. 

Roasting any fruit can add depth and smokiness, but roast stone fruit is a really special treat. Drizzled with honey, and with Greek yogurt added for creaminess, this is a lightly sweet, wholesome summer dessert that couldn’t be easier to make.
