How To Make Snow Cream: Eggnog Snow Cream Recipe
Earlier today, I shared a ‘How To Make Snow Cream’ recipe and was amazed at how much fun it was for the family. After consuming a bit of the snow cream ice cream, the kids said they were hungry so I went into the fridge to retrieve some tomatoes to snack on.
I noticed the eggnog and wondered if I could create an eggnog snow cream recipe…
Eggnog Snow Cream Recipe:
1/2 cup eggnog
1/8 cup sugar
4tsp. pure vanilla extract
4 cups of fresh snow
Mix the eggnog, sugar and vanilla together until the sugar dissolves. Then mix with 4 cups of snow, adding 1 cup of snow at a time & mix until you get a thick consistency. Add some cinnamon if you wish!
