Blueberry Brain Boost Smoothie
Serving Size:
Makes about 2 1/2 cups (600 ml); serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) fresh-pressed apple juice
- 1 fresh ripe banana
- 1 1/2 cups (170 g) frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup (55 g) frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup (30 g) raw walnuts, preferably soaked and drained
Method:
Combine the apple juice and banana in a blender. Add the blueberries, raspberries, and walnuts. Blend until smooth.

i love the ground walnut angle, i am going to try this.
I use ground flax seed which adds a great fiber boost without the kids knowing I’ve adding it!
