The Tiffin Box

Who: Michelle Peters-Jones, a mother of one in Edmonton, Canada
Why we love this blog: Peters is a die-hard soccer mom, but think beyond the stereotype. This blog is India meets the UK meets Canada all wrapped into one delicious package. Raised in India, this former England resident cut her cooking teeth when she appeared on the BBC’s Masterchef UK. Since starting her blog four years ago and moving to Canada two years ago, Peters has made an internet name for herself by providing tasty recipes that incorporate her heritage, family cooking, and flavors from where she’s been. Should we ever find ourselves hungry in Canada, we’re beelining it for Peters-Jones’ private Indian fusion cooking classes.
