Why we love this blog: Though the cuisine of Malaysia takes center stage on this blog, Canada-based mama Angie Tee throws in dishes from across the world. Tee piqued our interest with her delicious (and pretty) Hasselback potato recipes (like this one), but we’re also fond of anything that incorporates these flavored butter recipes. Tee’s meals are simple, and many freeze well, making it easier for busy moms to prep in advance to feed the family all week long. The international fare here, coupled with gorgeous food photos, make us hungry post after post.
