Recipe Girl

Who: Lori Lange, a mother of one living in California
Why we love this blog: Lange left her job as an elementary school teacher to start her cooking blog in 2005, and we’re glad she did. In between developing recipes for Kraft, Betty Crocker, and Sam’s Club (to name a few), Lange posts her own culinary inventions, like zucchini boats, cauliflower-crust pizza, and sinfully delicious Nutella heart ravioli. Lange’s creations are definitely unique, but newbies shouldn’t fret. Lange is a champ about posting tons of how-to photos that allow even the least confident cooks follow along without stress.
