Who: Emma Galloway, a mom of two living in Perth, Australia
Why we love this blog: You’ll get a lot more than shrimp on the barbie at this Aussie blog. Run by a trained chef and New Zealand native, this blog is a hub of dairy- and gluten-free delights (Galloway is lactose- and gluten-intolerant), with vegetarian, vegan, and sugar-free recipes thrown in too. Unsurprisingly, Galloway delves into the perils of dealing with her own food allergies as well as tips on gardening, the stigmas surrounding certain diets, and, of course, the ins and outs of motherhood.
