Coconut Macaroons | Cakes and Baking Recipes | Best Recipes

Coconut Macaroons

Serving Size:

20-24

Special Info:

Gluten free, Lactose free, Nut free

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups dried coconut
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 egg whites

Method:

Preheat oven to 365° F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Place coconut, sugar and egg whites in a bowl, mix to combine.

Roll 2 tsp of mixture into balls and place on baking tray.

Bake for 10 minutes until golden. Cool on a tray or wire rack.
