About this seller: Working from home in Bellevue, Washington, the mother of two says she is a shy person (Shy + Cathy = Catshy, her nickname) who had long wanted to open an Etsy shop but didn’t take the plunge until a friend asked her to create decorations for an art show at a local cupcake shop. Cathy eventually launched her shop with the inventory from that show (fitting, since her work is cupcake-sweet!).
