That is my same exact question! Which one sticks to the wall? The frog got bad consumer reviews on amazon.com. People said you can't get the thing to stick to the wall for longer than a day.

The Frog is worth it - mine stuck to the wall with heavy use of over a year before we moved. Better made - two whole pieces instead of many pieces making up the two large ones.

Frog didn't stick to the smooth tiles on my shower wall. The Sassy frog one did, though, and it's way cheaper.
