feedback for "Original Series: Professor Product 2"

  1. The Pac N Plays are nice, but we ran into a couple of their problems during our frequent trips with a newborn.  After he got bigger the bassinet started to sway when he'd roll over at night and sometimes woke him.  When he got too big for the bassinet, it was often hard to put him to sleep at the bottom of the Pac N Play without him startling awake (its a long way to bend and you can't keep the baby close to you the whole way down).  Besides that, as compact as the Pac N Plays fold up, they are still incredibly large and heavy.  They take up a lot of room and I don't give them good chances on repeated airline trips.

After some searching my wife found the PeaPod travel bed.  It is awesome and  our traveling has been made better for it.  It is tiny compared to any Pac N Play and it is incedibly light.  It is small enough that it could be taken as a carry on bag on a flight.

My wife blogged about it here:  http://babytoolkit.blogspot.com/2006/12/rest-in-peas-peapod-travel-bed.html
