Courteney Cox and David Arquette appeared to be sans Coco at A Time for Heroes, which seems odd as it is a charity for kids and features a carnival. Maybe she's getting her face painted. The event was sponsored by Disney to benefit the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation. Source Source
