I don't think anybody needs the lecture on the sustainability of bamboo, and in most cases (bamboo sheets, for instance) I've found that it's a slightly silkier fabric than cotton, although still breathable. No surprise that baby-clothing makers are jumping on the bamboo bandwagon, then....
