i'd recommend going generic on products that aren't being ingested daily by your child and brand names that are.

Wondering what others are paying their nannies by the hour and / or babysitters? And what sort of bonuses, if any, should be given and when? And what sort of raise is expected if / when a second baby comes into the picture?
