Baby News: David Duchovny & Tea Leoni Expecting?

X-Files star David Duchovny and actress Tea Leoni, recently reconciled and according to friends, they're not only concentrating on their relationship, they're even talking more kids!

A friend says, "Can you say bundle of joy for David Duchovny and Tea Leoni?"

David and Tea recently spent time on the Caribbean island of Mustique with their two kids, Madelaine, 9, and Kyd, 6.

"Little by little they've managed to work through them [their problems]. And the fact they still see each other often in New York City helped," said the friend.

The couple have maintained separate apartments near each other in Manhattan, for the past few months, so they could share time with their kids.

"There are still a lot of feelings between Tea and David," added the insider. "They never actually filed for formal separation - I don't think they ever wanted the marriage to end.

"It just took a romantic holiday with their kids to finally bring them to their senses."

Plus, David is aware that Tea has always wanted a third child, and now that she's 43, and he's 48, they know there's no time to waste.

The source said, "To win her back, he played his trump card. He promised if she were not pregnant in a year they would look into adoption."

After David completed rehab for sexual addiction, Tea put him "on probation." She was unsure of their future.

"Tea wanted proof that David's number one priority is family. And with him committing to expanding the brood, Tea feels like she can trust him again."

Admitted sex addict, David Duchovny and wife Tea Leoni, split last year after the X-Files actor went into rehab. In October, after David had completed his treatment, he begged Tea to take him back, however, things didn't work out that way. But now, according to sources, the couple has reconciled!

Duchovny and Leoni are said to be "working it out," and recently took a vacation with their two children - daughter Madelaine, 9, and Kyd, 6. The family traveled to the Mustique island in the West Indies.

A source said, "David and Tea were holding hands on the beach. Everyone seemed very happy, and she looked fantastic!"

They do seem like a great couple, so let's hope David continues with treatment and they can rebuild their trust and family. Wish them luck!

BREAKING NEWS: Howard K. Stern Arrested in Anna Nicole Drug Case

Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer and companion, reportedly turned himself in to authorities last night. Along with two other doctors, he'll be arrested and charged with allegedly conspiring to furnish drugs to Smith prior to her death in 2007. The complaint alleges that Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, 40, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, 61, and Stern, 40, provided drugs to Smith between June 5, 2004, and January 26, 2007. According to the complaint, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, 40, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, 61, and Stern, 40, provided drugs to Smith between June 5, 2004, and January 26, 2007.

Smith died on Feb. 8, 2007 after she was found unresponsive in her hotel room at the Hard Rock casino in Hollywood, Florida. The coroner's office ruled that Smith died of "combined drug intoxication" with the sleeping medication chloral hydrate as the "major component," although no illegal drugs were found in her system. Smith's death came less than five months after the death of her son Daniel, who died while visiting his mother in the hospital after the birth of his half-sister Dannielynn.

According to US magazine, the charges are as follows:

Kapoor and Stern were charged with one count of unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance between June 9, 2004, and Sept. 22, 2006. Eroshevich and Stern were charged with unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance between June 5, 2004, and Jan. 26, 2007.

Kapoor and Eroshevich each was charged with one count of obtaining a prescription for opiates by "fraud, deceit or misrepresentation." Each also was charged with one count of obtaining a prescription for opiates by giving a false name or address.

Kapoor and Stern were charged with one count of "prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict." Eroshevich was charged with the same crime in a separate count. Bail was recommended at $20,000 for each.

Stern and Smith exchanged wedding vows in a commitment ceremony on Sept. 28, 2006 on a catamaran off the coast of the Bahamas. They reportedly chose to live there to avoid a paternity test of Smith's daughter, Dannielynn. Smith's former lover Larry Birkhead was later proven to be Dannielynn's father and was awarded custody.

I never thought I'd hear myself say this, but thank goodness little Dannielynn lives with Birkhead - who knew he'd be the better father in this whole twisted scenario? I always thought Stern was somehow responsible for Anna Nicole's death, and have a feeling he had something to do with the death of Smith's son, Daniel, whose death was attributed to an overdose of methadone and escitalopram. It was never determined how he came into possession of the drugs.

To be fair, it's not been confirmed that this celebrity is pregnant, but there are rumors floating around that she is indeed carrying her second baby. She's not had a great track record in the past and people probably don't think of her as 'mother of the year' material. Who is it?

Model Kate Moss has been on vacation in Thailand with her boyfriend Jamie Hince and her six-year-old daughter Lila Grace.

Rumors have been rampant that the 34-year-old is expecting Hince's baby, but she insists that she's not. However, that's not the first time we've heard a celebrity pregnancy denial only to find out it's actually true.

Moss has been seen out lately, always wearing loose-fitting clothes and avoiding alcohol - so wouldn't she avoid cigarettes too? Maybe, maybe not. Kerry Katona was photographed smoking during her pregnancies, so it's not like it doesn't happen.

I hope that Kate isn't pregnant - she needs to step up to the plate with her daughter Lila Grace before bringing more babies into the world!

"Californication" star David Duchovny and actress wife Tea Leoni back together again? Yes! After David did his rehab stint for sex addiction, and it became known that he had extramarital affairs, Tea said enough's enough and declared it was over.

But here they are spending time together with their children, Madelaine, 9, and Kyd, 6. They took the kids to a Knicks game at Madison Square Garden, where the Knicks took on the Pistons. And David and Tea are clearly having a good time together.

Several reports have said the couple have been getting smoochy again. Seems they are indeed getting back together since they are moving into a new $7.5 million apartment in New York City. They bought the apartment together in late November.

Looks like the X-Files are now just the Files. That's got to be great for the kids, don't you think? I would have sold my soul to get my parents back together when I was a kid. Course, on the odd occasion they're under the same roof these days, it makes me wonder what the hell I was thinking. Still, kids want their parents to get along, and I'd say this is a marvelous Christmas present for Madelaine and Kyd.

Despite numerous reports of the couple splitting, it seems they haven't just yet - they've been seen together, even holding hands. They were out Friday night with their kids Madelaine, 9, and Kyd, 6 and although they probably want to remain friendly for the sake of their children, doesn't mean they had to hold hands!

A souce said, "They were very cute and were holding hands. They looked very mellow and relaxed."

Kate Moss is known for her partying ways, and not always being the best parent to daughter Lila. However, Moss has apparently been avoiding her boozing ways, leading to those darn pregnancy rumors once again!

Kate and Kills guitarist Jamie Hince have been dating for awhile now, although they briefly split in August. It's rumored they're engaged and will tie the knot soon and that Moss would like a family with Hince, so maybe she is pregnant?

Moss has been spotted three times this past week, drinking only water (apparently that's a big deal for Moss). According to a pal, "Kate is being so well behaved - it's completely out of character.

"Her being pregnant is the only thing that would make her change overnight."

The insider added, "Kate's glowing. She looks like she's put on a little bit of weight too."

You know it's hard trying to keep up with all these 'might be pregnant' celebrities. I need Starbucks.

X-Files star and recently admitted sex addict, David Duchovny, has completed rehab and although he and his wife announced their separation, he wants her back. He's reportedly begged Tea to work it out.

According to The Enquirer, David has been begging wife Tea to reconsider their relationship but she's refused. Duchovny is blaming actor Billy Bob Thornton after he discovered explicit text messages from him to Tea (the two are co-starring in Manure). Thornton has since denied any such messages, saying they are "just friends."

David and Tea have two children - Madelaine, 9, and Kyd, 6 - and he wants to salvage their marriage in part for the children. Tea and the kids had joined David on October 17 in Atlanta where he's filming The Joneses and he thought perhaps things were on the mend.

A source said, "Tea made it clear to David that she was in Atlanta only so the kids could see their father.

"They stayed in separate rooms at his rental home. At one point, David begged Tea not to go through with the divorce. But she refused, telling him, 'No, it's over.'"

A pal close to Duchovny said, "It was one of the worst weekends of David's life. He had to tell his kids that their mommy and daddy are going to split up for good."

Shame, that these two couldn't make it. But I feel for Tea - must be hard to be with someone who has such an addiction. Hopefully the kids make out OK through all of this.

Apparently this is art. Kate Moss has been captured in gold - and I must say, I don't get it. I'm not sure if the supermodel posed for this or not, but if she did - wow, she is one flexible chick....

Artist Marc Quinn's 50kg gold statue has been unveiled at London's British Musuem. The likeness of Kate has been titled "Siron" and has a value of $3.36 million (say what?!) and it's believed it's the largest gold statue since ancient Egyptian times according to the AP.

Quinn's work is described as the "Aprhodite of our times" and this piece is part of the Statuephilia exhibition.

The artist said, "I thought the next thing to do would be to make a sculpture of the person who's the ideal beauty of the moment. But even Kate Moss doesn't live up to the image." Ya, I'm guessing she can't bend like that.

I wonder if Kate has actually seen it? I'm thinking it would probably scare the crap out of her daughter.

Denise Richards Reality Show Canceled

It's official – you won't have Denise Richards to kick around anymore.

The E! channel has canceled the unwatchable "It's Complicated," which followed Richards as she tried raising her kids and a lot of pets… or something like that. I watched the first episode and found it mostly dull, but also somewhat depressing, since she had her young children on camera all the freakin' time. Remember that it was her ex-husband Charlie Sheen who wanted to keep the kids off of the show, but Denise took him to court and won. It's an old joke now, but when Charlie Sheen is the good parent, something is very, very wrong.

The reason for the cancellation isn't very complicated at all: nobody was watching. Page Six quotes "a source" who said, "The numbers started out pretty good - just over 1.5 million tuned in for the premiere episode…But the audience has dropped off." In other words, people would have been interested, but she just wasn't that interesting.

It's worth remembering that Denise Richards had a career as an actress for awhile. Granted, it was largely based on her looks, but she was considered one of the hotter young starlets around (think Megan Fox). Things were already on the decline career-wise when she married Sheen, so it would be easy to say that she is a victim of Hollywood ageism. But I have a feeling that some of the behavior she displayed on her reality show – the Post cites one "her confrontation with an editor for a magazine over how she [was] portrayed in the tabloid press" as a "low-light" for the series – was also her behavior in real life. That's just a guess, of course. Oh well. At least her kids won't have their lives on display anymore. Maybe she can do "Dancing with the Stars."
