The girls were in a minor car accident recently, but were luckily unharmed.

Jail Time For Heather Locklear?

Actress Heather Locklear was arrested on September 27 for suspicion of driving under the influence in Montecito. A photog called 911 saying that Locklear was "driving erratically." She's now been formally charged by the Santa Barbara Police Department for driving under the influence of drugs. The drugs were prescription meds.

The incident occurred two months after the 47-year-old completed four weeks of treatment for anxiety and depression. She could, if convicted, face up to six months in jail.

Senior Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter said, "Lab tests showed she had no alcohol in her system and no illegal narcotics of any kind." No word on what specific medications were taken or what amounts.

Carter added, "We believe that the prescriptions she was taking could have impaired her ability to drive a motor vehicle safely."

Heather's arraignment is slated for January 26 in Santa Barbara Superior Court.

I like her - she's one of the few celebrities that has stayed under the radar without much incident. I hope her daughter Ava is okay through all of this!

For those of you who are disappointed that the excitement surrounding the Brangelina twins has waned, get ready: You may soon have something else to get obsessed about. The mother of six children tells OK! magazine that she and partner Brad Pitt expect to soon hear the pitter patter of even more little feet.

"We are going to have more kids," she revealed in an interview at the "Changeling" premiere. "One way or another."

So there you have it - Brad and Angelina, whose stitches from her c-section are probably just now healing, are already talking about adding onto their brood of six It's the "One way or another" part that scares me, like they're planning on snatching that baby from the maternity ward, or maybe buying a newborn on eBay. Is it just me or are these two starting to sound just a tiny bit nutty? You're probably right - it's just me.

Here's beautiful Denise Richards at lunch with daughters Sam and Lola yesterday. They were at the Brentwood Country Mart. Richards, 37, has a reality TV show called "Denise Richards: It's Complicated." The second season is set to film pretty soon.

Heather Locklear was pulled over last weekend for suspicion of DUI - it's since been determined that she was not drinking but seemed "disoriented" and believed to be under the influence of some sort of controlled substance. And while it's probably procedure in some cases for officers to have video and/or photos of arrests (with a dash-cam for instance), it's probably not legit for one of the arresting officers to be taking photos with a personal cell phone. Something smells bad....

According to TMZ (and the photo clearly shows), the CHP officer is snapping pics of Locklear with a cell phone before she gets handcuffed. And it could be legit had it been a department issued phone but it's not - it's the personal cell phone of the police officer.

Santa Barbara officials claim that the officer was taking photos to document the scene - for evidence purposes and also to protect the officers in the event that Locklear claims inpropriety.

Officials say that the video and photos will be turned over to the D.A's office as evidence and nothing improper was done. However, TMZ spoke with several CHP officers who say that cops should not be using their personal cell phones to snap pics especially when a celebrity is involved.

Seems fishy to me - sure, if it was a CHP issued camera, then that would be one thing, but photos taken with an officer's personal phone - not buying that it's a legit procedure!

Charlie Sheen is pretty sure that his baby on the way will be a boy. Why? The odds are in his favor. Sheen, star of the hit CBS comedy "Two and a Half Men" and about to turn 43 tomorrow, already has three daughters. There's Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, with ex Denise Richards, and there's Cassandra, 23, with ex-girlfriend Paula Proffitt. So at some point, you'd think he'd HAVE to have a boy, right?

I don't know about that logic. I've got friends who have six daughters and another couple has five boys. Unless you're in Vegas, I wouldn't bet on the odds, no matter how sick you may be of Barbie and hot pink nursery walls.

Course, Charlie and Brooke will be happy either way. Regardless, the males in that house are definitely in the minority.

And Happy Birthday, Charlie, you lucky bastard.

Oh the celebrity baby boom continues! What famous daddy knocked up his second wife? I suppose you want some hints, so here are a few: This will be his fourth child - he has a grown daughter from a previous relationship, two little girls with his ex-wife, who, I'm pretty sure he hates (the ex-wife not the kids) and I believe the feeling is mutual on her part, and he once shot his (then) fiance in the arm (by accident of course), he was (is?) known for his liking to prostitutes, and he's got famous family members. What's your guess?

Two and a Half Men star, Charlie Sheen, 42 and his new wife, Brooke Mueller are expecting their first child together. Sheen released a statement to People, saying:

"Brooke and I are thrilled! She's the best stepmom Sam, Lola and Cassandra could ever hope for. Seeing her love and affection with those three, I know she'll be an amazing mom. Unless I bat 100 percent, perhaps a boy awaits us."

It's official – you won't have Denise Richards to kick around anymore.

The E! channel has canceled the unwatchable "It's Complicated," which followed Richards as she tried raising her kids and a lot of pets… or something like that. I watched the first episode and found it mostly dull, but also somewhat depressing, since she had her young children on camera all the freakin' time. Remember that it was her ex-husband Charlie Sheen who wanted to keep the kids off of the show, but Denise took him to court and won. It's an old joke now, but when Charlie Sheen is the good parent, something is very, very wrong.

The reason for the cancellation isn't very complicated at all: nobody was watching. Page Six quotes "a source" who said, "The numbers started out pretty good - just over 1.5 million tuned in for the premiere episode…But the audience has dropped off." In other words, people would have been interested, but she just wasn't that interesting.

It's worth remembering that Denise Richards had a career as an actress for awhile. Granted, it was largely based on her looks, but she was considered one of the hotter young starlets around (think Megan Fox). Things were already on the decline career-wise when she married Sheen, so it would be easy to say that she is a victim of Hollywood ageism. But I have a feeling that some of the behavior she displayed on her reality show – the Post cites one "her confrontation with an editor for a magazine over how she [was] portrayed in the tabloid press" as a "low-light" for the series – was also her behavior in real life. That's just a guess, of course. Oh well. At least her kids won't have their lives on display anymore. Maybe she can do "Dancing with the Stars."

14:56 and counting, Denise Richards is on her way out. Her show Denise Richards: It's Complicated is almost done. The E! Network is considering pulling the plug on the show because the fans have become disenchanted with Denise's potty mouth and her shenanigans.

“Denise has turned into an unappealing reality star,” a spywitness tells Star. “The numbers started out pretty good-just over 1.5 million people tuned into the premiere episode. But the audience dropped out.”

The network received a deluge of complaints about her use of the f and c bombs. They were turned off by the thought of a mother with young children using that kind of language.

I've said before that she isn't my favorite celebrity and I'll stick to that.

Charlie Sheen Child Molester? Denise Says So!

Just when you thought things between Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen were settling down and perhaps the two could get along for the sake of their two young daughters - something else comes up. And that something else is pretty huge - Denise claims that Charlie molested their girls! That's a very serious allegation....

It's no secret that Denise and Charlie do not like each other - hate is probably a better suited word. And now Charlie is seeking full custody of Sam and Lola after Denise's latest stunt.

Richards had called an emergency hearing last week to try to get her ex-husband's visitation suspended - the details were kept under wraps. However, a source said of the situation, "Denise's accusations were vile. She was basically trying to say Charlie [manipulated] the kids and acted inappropriately with them. It's disgusting and totally untrue. Charlie is furious.... Denise has really pushed it too far this time."

Denise dragged Charlie into court so they could view videos of the girls acting in "strange and disturbing" ways. Charlie's lawyers had the "supposed evidence" dismissed, and then presented their own videos of the girls acting normally at his house."

The source adds, "She came after Charlie because the ratings on her E! reality show, Denise Richards: It's Complicated have tanked and they were threatening not to renew.

"She thinks a court battle would be good for ratings so she wants all overnight visits with the girls ceased, and monitored visits with her nanny. She invited the media circus to the hearing and even wanted reporters in the judge's chambers - which wasn't allowed. It's ridiculous."

Charlie, obviously, is furious and he's "out to prove Denise's lack of veracity and sue her in civil court for defamation. Then he'll sue for child custody.

"Sheen feels Richards had defamed him, especially after she denied sending [current wife] Brooke an e-mail in which she claims to want his sperm for another child. Richards says the e-mail is a fake. Sheen claims he has the e-mail and is getting forensic computer geeks to verify it's authenticity.

"Charlie has now been forced to take a stand and do what's best for the girls."

Neither Sheen's or Richards' reps would comment.

If it's not true that Charlie molested his daughters (he might be a cad when it comes to his sex life with adults, but no way do I believe he hurt his girls!), Denise has stooped to a new low.

Sam and Lola deserve to have both parents in their lives and to also have calm and peace!
