14:56 and counting, Denise Richards is on her way out. Her show Denise Richards: It's Complicated is almost done. The E! Network is considering pulling the plug on the show because the fans have become disenchanted with Denise's potty mouth and her shenanigans.

“Denise has turned into an unappealing reality star,” a spywitness tells Star. “The numbers started out pretty good-just over 1.5 million people tuned into the premiere episode. But the audience dropped out.”

The network received a deluge of complaints about her use of the f and c bombs. They were turned off by the thought of a mother with young children using that kind of language.

I've said before that she isn't my favorite celebrity and I'll stick to that.

Breaking News: Denise Richards Calls Emergency Hearing to Remove Children from Charlie Sheen's Home

TMZ is reporting that Denise Richards and her lawyer called an emergency hearing to have Charlie Sheen's access to their children completely restricted! What is going on over there?

From TMZ:

We're told they told the judge there's a serious issue in Charlie's home that could have an adverse impact on the kids. The issue, we're told, is psychological and Denise wants professionals to evaluate things. In the meantime, she doesn't want her kids hanging around there.

Our spies say the judge, who's sitting in for the regular judge on the case who is on vacation, put the matter off until Monday.

Hersh told TMZ outside court, "These are serious issues regarding the children. I would hope we will be graced by Charlie Sheen's presence in court on Monday -- if he takes these matters seriously regarding his children, like Denise does."

I can't imagine what is going on in Sheen's house but I do know how fierce Denise is about her kids, and rightfully so. I just hope for the kids' sake that it's a valid concern and not something superfluous that has set this crazy train in motion.

Denise Richards' neighbors want her out. Where will she and her girls go?

Denise Richards is going to have to move if she wants to keep filming her show, Denise Richards: It's Complicated. Her neighbors have launched a protest that her show is disrupting the neighborhood stating that it's a gated community not a zoo.

Maybe they have seen the show and want her to stop filming because they hate it. Whatever the reason, we should see her house hunting here in the not to distant future. Is it going to take her as long to find a house as it took her to hire an assistant?

To all of you who are outraged by the amount of dogs that she has, she has 14, well we can all relax because she has received a warning letter saying that she can only have 3 dogs or she has to get a kennel license.
Do you think she'll get a lawyer for that too?

Denise Richards Won't Discuss Weight With Daughters

Denise Richards is on the cover of Shape's May issue and she discusses body image and how it pertains to her two young daughters.

Richards says, "They'll never hear me say, 'Mommy's feeling fat today.' That kind of attitude just makes young girls grow up to be dissatisfied with their bodies."

Denise said that being fit comes with her job and she hopes that her healthy attitude towards eating and being fit will stick with her girls as they grow up.

"Working out is part of my life, not just an I-have-to-get-ready-for-a-photo-shoot thing. I exercise almost every day. The girls usually play in the workout room with me, so they're learning by example."

The actress wants Sam and Lola to feel good about themselves, and it's that positive attitude that she inherited from her mom Joni, who passed away recently. She said, "Even at the end, when things were really dire for my mother, she was never negative. There was an inner strength about her."

You know, I've rarely written anything favorable about Denise (I still don't like the fact that she puts her girls on a reality show) but I do have to give her credit for giving her girls a positive attitude about body and self image. It's hard parenting little girls in this day and age because we are all bombarded with unrealistic images on magazines and TV etc, and it's sometimes a tough battle showing girls it's okay to not to be a size zero and still be fit in mind and body. I believe Denise is on the right track about this! Now if she'd stop exploiting them on television, then I'd be even more impressed.

I don't know Denise Richards personally, but seriously, the more I hear about her, the more I think she gives off a certain vibe: OBNOXIOUS.

For her daughter Sam's fourth birthday party, she decided on a "spa day." The kid is four - how about barbies or magic or one of those jumping things? Nope, let's send the preschoolers to a spa. If her daughter was turning 13, that might be a more age appropriate idea, but, I think there's more to it than just trying to be a bit "showy."

From the Star:

“There was a sign on the front door that said ‘Sammi’s Spa,’” a source tells Star. “And waiting there were tiny bathrobes monogrammed with each kid’s name,” the source notes. All the girls got their nails painted and their hair done, while the boy’s hair was styled into Mohawks.

Oh let's note that this was all filmed for Richards' reality TV show, so I'm quite certain the sheesheepoopoo spa day wasn't about the four year olds, more likely a publicity stunt to make Denise look like a super fantastic awesome mom who knows how to throw a party! Sorry, but I think it makes her look like a douche - she and Charlie are tied now.

Denise and Charlie had battled it out in court - whether or not the reality show would be a reality - and she won. Richards claimed that her girls wanted to be on TV and they love to dress up and get their hair done. Um, sure little girls love to do that stuff but uh, they can do that without being paraded around on TV. They're 2 and 4, so yes, they probably know what's best for themselves and being exploited on television is the way to go.

Denise recently had her name changed to get rid of her married name "Sheen" and had her "Charlie" tattoo changed into a fairy. Fine, you're divorced, so I don't blame her for changing her name or getting rid of the tattoo, but it's almost as if she's wanting to rid Charlie from her life forever. Good luck with that - Charlie is the father of your babies, so I doubt he's going away anytime soon.

I'm sure her show will be a hit and make her look like the fantastic mother she is. You know, I wonder why these two got divorced? They seem to be made for each other.

Britney Spears Denied Custody. Will She Get Her Kids Back? You Decide!

In a ruling handed down today, L.A. Court Commissioner Scott Gordon denied Britney Spears joint custody of sons Sean Preston and Jayden James. Gordon granted Spears only two daytime visits and one overnight stay per week, all of which must be supervised. Unconfirmed reports say that Spears is trying to petition the commissioner to have those visits supervised by her Chihuahua, London.

In light of damaging testimony presented by Britney's court-appointed parenting coach, the court also ordered that Spears must:

· Get her homes childproofed by November 2.

· Meet with coach Hacker for two hours every week.

· Ensure that Sean and Jayden are properly secured in a child safety seat whenever she drives with them.

Britney Spears was at Swings n' Things in Calabasas on Thursday to buy a jungle gym for sons Sean Preston and Jayden James. Hey - I bought my kids a playhouse at this very same place last summer. And coincidentally, I was hotly pursued by a bunch of people there as well, although they were just trying to catch me after I tried to leave without signing my check.

The rumor is that Britney is being advised by her people to be seen doing 'child-related' activities in order to make an impression on the judge overseeing her custody battle. Which is why you recently saw her leaving a drugstore carrying miniature pumpkins and candy and not cigarettes and cheetos like you usually do. I heard that the next time she flashes her panties she'll have on a special pair that say, 'Come to Mama.'
