Stars Come Out For American Idol Finale: Antonio Sabato Jr and daughter Mina

Antonio Sabato Jr. gave daughter Mina a lift on the red carpet at the American Idol finale last night. I hate to say this about a dad hanging out with his little girl, but Antonio is looking pretty hot. No wonder, since he got his start as a Calvin Klein underwear model. (Thank you, Wikipedia.)

It looks like it may have been a Melrose Place reunion there at the show, as Antonio appeared opposite Heather Locklear on the show back in the '90's. (Thank you, IMDB.) I wonder if he can convince Heather to reprise her role on MP. Then, she can convince Antonio to make an appearance in his Calvins. It would be a win-win situation.

Heather Locklear and daughter Ava, 11, hit the red carpet of the American Idol finale last night. Ava is looking just like her mom these days. I wonder if they were rooting for Kris or Adam?

I'm a little ticked with Heather for turning down the role in the revamped Melrose Place that's coming to the CW in the fall. Sure Laura Leighton (Sydney) and Thomas Calabro (Dr. Michael Mancini) will be returning, but MP without Amanda Woodward? That would be like American Idol without Simon.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller Contemplate Time, Space

Charlie Sheen and very pregnant wife Brooke Mueller were out celebrating his daughter Sam's 5th birthday in L.A. on Sunday. Sheen looks like he is standing about as close as he's going to get to Mueller for now. He's also got that faraway look on on his face, like he's calculating how long it will take him to run and get the car in case Mueller's water breaks.

I'm not sure what the due date is, but the couple is expecting twins and Brooke looks like she's about to pop. I'd say Charlie better have the car gassed up, and those keys in his hand.

I don't want to be mean, but how the hell does David Spade get all these women? He's dated Lara Flynn Boyle, Teri Hatcher and Heather Locklear and even had a baby with a Playboy Playmate. Now it's being reported that he's hooked up with Desperate Housewives star (and Michael Bolton's ex) Nicolette Sheridan. A source tells People Magazine that the two were spotted "full-on making out in a booth" during Sheridan's 45th birthday party at Luau in L.A. For some reason that makes me a little queasy.

I guess this proves that the funny/slightly annoying guys have a way with the ladies. Either that or Spade's got a big secret weapon up his pants. I mean sleeve.

Three's Company: Heather Locklear, Richie Sambora, Jack Wagner Will Spend Thanksgiving Together

Heather Locklear, boyfriend Jack Wagner and ex-husband Richie Sambora will all spend Thanksgiving together. Who do they think they are, Bruce, Ashton and Demi? A friend of Locklear's tells People magazine, "Richie and Heather are spending Thanksgiving together with [daughter] Ava. Jack [Wagner] and a few good friends will also be having dinner with them."

I think this proves how celebrities are just so much more evolved than us mortals, because I could never spend a holiday with a current flame and an ex hanging around. I don't care if they're the guitarist for Bon Jovi, or played Frisco Jones on General Hospital, it's just a little weird. Oh, I know it's for the sake of Locklear and Sambora's 11-year-old daughter, Ava, but still. Maybe Jack should try and make this less awkward by just stopping by, dropping off a pie and then heading over to Ashton and Demi's for dinner.

Jail Time For Heather Locklear?

Actress Heather Locklear was arrested on September 27 for suspicion of driving under the influence in Montecito. A photog called 911 saying that Locklear was "driving erratically." She's now been formally charged by the Santa Barbara Police Department for driving under the influence of drugs. The drugs were prescription meds.

The incident occurred two months after the 47-year-old completed four weeks of treatment for anxiety and depression. She could, if convicted, face up to six months in jail.

Senior Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter said, "Lab tests showed she had no alcohol in her system and no illegal narcotics of any kind." No word on what specific medications were taken or what amounts.

Carter added, "We believe that the prescriptions she was taking could have impaired her ability to drive a motor vehicle safely."

Heather's arraignment is slated for January 26 in Santa Barbara Superior Court.

I like her - she's one of the few celebrities that has stayed under the radar without much incident. I hope her daughter Ava is okay through all of this!

Heather Locklear DUI: Cop Takes Pics With Personal Cell Phone

Heather Locklear was pulled over last weekend for suspicion of DUI - it's since been determined that she was not drinking but seemed "disoriented" and believed to be under the influence of some sort of controlled substance. And while it's probably procedure in some cases for officers to have video and/or photos of arrests (with a dash-cam for instance), it's probably not legit for one of the arresting officers to be taking photos with a personal cell phone. Something smells bad....

According to TMZ (and the photo clearly shows), the CHP officer is snapping pics of Locklear with a cell phone before she gets handcuffed. And it could be legit had it been a department issued phone but it's not - it's the personal cell phone of the police officer.

Santa Barbara officials claim that the officer was taking photos to document the scene - for evidence purposes and also to protect the officers in the event that Locklear claims inpropriety.

Officials say that the video and photos will be turned over to the D.A's office as evidence and nothing improper was done. However, TMZ spoke with several CHP officers who say that cops should not be using their personal cell phones to snap pics especially when a celebrity is involved.

Seems fishy to me - sure, if it was a CHP issued camera, then that would be one thing, but photos taken with an officer's personal phone - not buying that it's a legit procedure!

Charlie Sheen is pretty sure that his baby on the way will be a boy. Why? The odds are in his favor. Sheen, star of the hit CBS comedy "Two and a Half Men" and about to turn 43 tomorrow, already has three daughters. There's Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, with ex Denise Richards, and there's Cassandra, 23, with ex-girlfriend Paula Proffitt. So at some point, you'd think he'd HAVE to have a boy, right?

I don't know about that logic. I've got friends who have six daughters and another couple has five boys. Unless you're in Vegas, I wouldn't bet on the odds, no matter how sick you may be of Barbie and hot pink nursery walls.

Course, Charlie and Brooke will be happy either way. Regardless, the males in that house are definitely in the minority.

Oh the celebrity baby boom continues! What famous daddy knocked up his second wife? I suppose you want some hints, so here are a few: This will be his fourth child - he has a grown daughter from a previous relationship, two little girls with his ex-wife, who, I'm pretty sure he hates (the ex-wife not the kids) and I believe the feeling is mutual on her part, and he once shot his (then) fiance in the arm (by accident of course), he was (is?) known for his liking to prostitutes, and he's got famous family members. What's your guess?

Two and a Half Men star, Charlie Sheen, 42 and his new wife, Brooke Mueller are expecting their first child together. Sheen released a statement to People, saying:

"Brooke and I are thrilled! She's the best stepmom Sam, Lola and Cassandra could ever hope for. Seeing her love and affection with those three, I know she'll be an amazing mom. Unless I bat 100 percent, perhaps a boy awaits us."
