Jon Cryer's Ex Sarah Trigger Arrested For Child Abuse

Sarah Trigger, the ex wife of Two and a Half Men star Jon Cryer has been arrested and booked on suspicion of child abuse. Trigger was married to Cryer for five years and they have a son together, Charlie, 9. However, Charlie is apparently not the child at the center of the allegations.

Authorities are not releasing the name of the alleged victim, but according to a police report Trigger's currently estranged husband, whom she married after divorcing Jon, notified police that his 2-year-old son's neck had injures.

When police arrived at Trigger's Hermosa Beach, Calif., home they discovered that the child had what appeared to be rope or cord marks around his neck and that Trigger gave conflicting reports as to how the injuries occurred, eventually telling police that it was an "accident."

Trigger has custody of her and Cryer's son, Charlie, but he was not home at the time of the incident. She was released on $100,000 bail and the situation is now being investigated by the Department of Children and Family Services.

Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller aren't going to let the joy over the birth of their twins get in the way of their disdain for Sheen's ex Denise Richards. According to a source close to Mueller, Mueller’s friends were actively rooting against Richards during her recent stint on "Dancing With The Stars," and were happy when she was booted off the show on Monday.

“With new twins, obviously Brooke has bigger things to worry about, but her friends were having viewing parties just waiting for (Richards’ expulsion) to happen,” said the source. “They’re tired of (Richards) doing anything for attention.”

I think the big question here is - viewing parties for "Dancing With The Stars"? Uh, seriously?

So much for harmony in the Sheen/Richards household. And it looked so promising when Denise took off her nails and wished Charlie well after the birth of his babies. Wonder what their daughters Sam and Lola think of all the warring between the two camps? I'm sure they're wishing mom and dad would just grow up already.

Dancing With The Stars: Denise Richards Goes Home to Her Girls

Denise Richards was eliminated from Dancing with the Stars last night, but she's putting on a happy face. After she and partner Maksim Chmerkovski were given the boot after performing a samba dance-off against Holly Madison and her partner, Dmitry Chaplin, the actress remained upbeat. Makes you wonder what she's up to.

“I had fun! When else am I going to get to dress up like this, work with someone like Maks and be able to do a family show that my daughters can watch together,” Richards told People magazine.

Richards says the best part will be returning to a normal life at home with daughters Sam and Lola. “They love watching us. We TiVo the show and we watch it together, but every time I have to go to rehearsal they go ‘too much dancing.’ It’s hard to find balance,” she says. “I think they will be relieved it’s over.”

Could Richards be trying to revive her public image? After all, she's even being nice to Charlie Sheen.

Denise Richards Says She's Happy For Charlie Sheen But I Don't Believe Her

Dancing With the Stars contestant Denise Richards appears to be celebrating the birth of Charlie Sheen's twins. Of her ex and his wife, Brooke Mueller, Richards says, "I'm so happy for them," she tells Extra. "The girls [her two daughters with Sheen] are really excited that they're big sisters now. They've already made them a couple pictures and they can't wait to see them." I guess this means she'll be sending over some flowers, and one of those crazy cakes made out of diapers.

I hate to be cynical, but after all the mud the couple have flung at each other since their divorce it's hard to believe Richards' words. But I'm sure it's true that their two daughters together, Sam and Lola, are eager to meet their new half-siblings, so I'll go along with it.

Just remember to send over that diaper cake, Denise.

Charlie Sheen and very pregnant wife Brooke Mueller were out celebrating his daughter Sam's 5th birthday in L.A. on Sunday. Sheen looks like he is standing about as close as he's going to get to Mueller for now. He's also got that faraway look on on his face, like he's calculating how long it will take him to run and get the car in case Mueller's water breaks.

I'm not sure what the due date is, but the couple is expecting twins and Brooke looks like she's about to pop. I'd say Charlie better have the car gassed up, and those keys in his hand.

Brooke Mueller is OK, Husband Charlie Sheen is Not MIA

Charlie Sheen's rep is confirming that Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller, who is expecting twins this spring, was hospitalized on Tuesday after experiencing premature contractions but that she is doing fine. Also, Charlie Sheen has not left the building.

Stan Rosenfeld released a statement on Wednesday saying, "Brooke Mueller Sheen was taken to a Los Angeles area hospital Tuesday morning after experiencing premature contractions, which is not uncommon at this stage of a pregnancy carrying twins."

"She is expected to be released from the hospital today," he continued.

Meanwhile, previous reports that Sheen was partying it up in Sin City while his wife was hospitalized have been refuted by a source at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. "Absolutely not true," the source said. "He was in Vegas for business...He did not spend the night, did not party."

Glad we got that cleared up.

Jail Time For Heather Locklear?

Actress Heather Locklear was arrested on September 27 for suspicion of driving under the influence in Montecito. A photog called 911 saying that Locklear was "driving erratically." She's now been formally charged by the Santa Barbara Police Department for driving under the influence of drugs. The drugs were prescription meds.

The incident occurred two months after the 47-year-old completed four weeks of treatment for anxiety and depression. She could, if convicted, face up to six months in jail.

Senior Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter said, "Lab tests showed she had no alcohol in her system and no illegal narcotics of any kind." No word on what specific medications were taken or what amounts.

Carter added, "We believe that the prescriptions she was taking could have impaired her ability to drive a motor vehicle safely."

Heather's arraignment is slated for January 26 in Santa Barbara Superior Court.

I like her - she's one of the few celebrities that has stayed under the radar without much incident. I hope her daughter Ava is okay through all of this!

Here's beautiful Denise Richards at lunch with daughters Sam and Lola yesterday. They were at the Brentwood Country Mart. Richards, 37, has a reality TV show called "Denise Richards: It's Complicated." The second season is set to film pretty soon.

Heather Locklear was pulled over last weekend for suspicion of DUI - it's since been determined that she was not drinking but seemed "disoriented" and believed to be under the influence of some sort of controlled substance. And while it's probably procedure in some cases for officers to have video and/or photos of arrests (with a dash-cam for instance), it's probably not legit for one of the arresting officers to be taking photos with a personal cell phone. Something smells bad....

According to TMZ (and the photo clearly shows), the CHP officer is snapping pics of Locklear with a cell phone before she gets handcuffed. And it could be legit had it been a department issued phone but it's not - it's the personal cell phone of the police officer.

Santa Barbara officials claim that the officer was taking photos to document the scene - for evidence purposes and also to protect the officers in the event that Locklear claims inpropriety.

Officials say that the video and photos will be turned over to the D.A's office as evidence and nothing improper was done. However, TMZ spoke with several CHP officers who say that cops should not be using their personal cell phones to snap pics especially when a celebrity is involved.

Seems fishy to me - sure, if it was a CHP issued camera, then that would be one thing, but photos taken with an officer's personal phone - not buying that it's a legit procedure!
