Hey, Mary-Louise Parker - that's an odd-looking purse. But an adorable little baby.

The Weeds star was seen in Manhattan with her baby daughter who she recently adopted from Africa. Parker also has a son Will, 3, from a previous relationship with Billy Crudup. Who, as I can't seem to help mentioning, left Parker while she was pregnant to run off with Claire Danes. Mary-Louise seems to have let it go and I probably should, too.

Who Needs an Emmy? Mary-Louise Parker Adopts a Child From Africa

Mary-Louise Parker came away empty-handed from last night's Emmy Awards but she had something better waiting for her at home. People Magazine is reporting that the Weeds actress has adopted a baby girl from Africa. Parker was seen with her new daughter over the weekend as they traveled to Los Angeles for the awards.

Parker also has a son Will, 3, with actor Billy Crudup who left Parker while she was pregnant to take up with actress Claire Danes. Danes is currently starring in the movie Stardust, which I recently saw and is awful. Just thought I'd throw that in.

It's hard to look at him, isn't it? The wrinkled skin, the drooping eyelids, the saggy neck. Oh, sorry - I accidentally clicked on a photo of Brad Garrett.

But Brad Pitt seems to think he's past his prime as well. In a recent interview with Details magazine, Pitt, 43, talks about entering his fourth decade. "One thing sucks, your face kind of goes. Your body's not quite working the same. But you earned it. You earned that, things falling apart."

Obviously, Brad's being modest - he looks pretty hot to me. I can't vouch for his body not working, but it always does in my dreams. Did I just say that out loud?

Bub Down Under: Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman To Adopt

Nicole Kidman, seen here attempting to fool the paparazzi by donning her Kim Basinger disguise, and husband Keith Urban are planning to adopt a child together. According to Star Magazine, the Aussie couple, who were married last year in Sydney, have inquired with several adoption agencies about adopting a baby.

Nicole and ex-husband Tom Cruise adopted two children while they were together, Isabella, 14, and Connor, 12. Tom Cruise and current wife Katie Holmes recently adopted two more children, David and Victoria Beckham.

Us Weekly has a great feature with some of today's biggest celebrity babies. Here's David Ritchie, 21 months, son of Madonna, 48, and Guy Ritchie, 38.

According to the magazine's source, young David is already getting equal parts culture and brainwashing. He gets a healthy dose of museums and parks, and the medicine to that sugar would be hours of "learning" through the principles of Kabbalah's Spirituality for Kids program. Sounds like loads of fun.

Weekend Fill in the Blank: Brad, Pax and Zahara Version

Just because it's the weekend doesn't mean we won't talk about Brad Pitt, and Pax and Zahara Jolie-Pitt. See, they're leaving (or going to) school. Seems like they had a quality family time. I wonder where Maddox is.

Brangelina: Starting Their Own Baseball.... and Basketball Team

You may have heard that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt like to adopt the kids. It's their thing. Me? I collect snowglobes. To each their own.

The other night Angelina told Jon Stewart that she would like to have about 14 kids. WTF? Really?

Hey, more power to them. The kids need good homes, and theirs looks pretty damn good. I would offer myself up for adoption, but I'm guessing with all of those kids running around it would only be a matter of time before one broke a snowglobe, and that would not be pretty.

Brad Gets Artsy-Fartsy Stuff for Father's Day

Brad and Pax Work the Waiting Room

Brad Pitt and son Pax were spotted heading to the doctor's office. I'm guessing by the paperwork in Dad's hand that it's a routine visit.

I've got two comments on this picture, both of them concerning fashion. First of all, Brad makes the hat work. I know hats are making a comeback, and personally I've always hoped they might, but the truth is most people look silly in them. I'm guessing Brad can pretty much make anything work.

Second, what the hell is up with Pax wearing socks with sandals? Really, does Angelina know about this? I'm surprised the kid isn't wearing a fanny-pack. Come on Brad, you guys have an image, man!
