Sarah Jessica Parker Spends Thousands - Is Ready For Babies!

Sarah Jessica Parker is expecting twins daughters through a surrogate later this summer but she's ready now.

SJP reportedly spent a whopping $29,000 on their nursery. Holy crud, that's a lot of money to spend on babies who are going to, eat, poop and sleep for the next few months.

By the time the girls get old enough to really enjoy all the fancy schmancy stuff, it will be time to change the decor to match each personality.

What did she spend all the money on? $9,600 on a day bed, $10,500 on an armoire from Bonne Nuit, $7,900 on a double crib with Louis XIV bedding from Duetta Crib Mate and a $2,600 imported rocking chair.

I guess she can spend her money any way she wants too. I wonder though, what do these celebrities, who spend a zillion dollars on thier nurseries do with all this stuff when they are done. I know they aren't taking them to the local "New-to You" shop.

This is what the crib looks like. I hope she didn't pick that bedding though, it looks like a unicorn threw up.

SJP Fears For Her Surrogate's Safety

Sarah Jessica Parker has a lot going on in her life right now and the last thing she should have to worry about, is the safety of her surrogate mother.

It's sad that she even has to concern herself with the thought of her surrogate mom being threatened by the media. Her computer and phone have been hacked into and SJP is outraged, as she should be.

She said: "I care deeply about her, and I am incredibly outraged by the sort of extraordinary and unprecedented invasion of her privacy, I think even given the unfortunate way we live now ... it has still shocked me, and it has still really disappointed me."

Yikes, it's hard enough to be worried about yourself when your pregnant, imagine worrying about your babies in a body you have no control over, Scary!

Sarah Jessica Parker will be heading to London later this year to film the sequel to Sex and The City. Will she take her little James Wilkie with her to take in the culture?

A little birdie told me that Carrie Bradshaw will be pregnant, “Big loses a lot of money and takes a job in London, living alone in a one-bedroom apartment without the five-star luxuries he is used to. Big gets really low and ends up in bed with another woman. He tells carry everything and she flies out to confront him. After she leaves him, she discovers she is pregnant.”

I guess we'll have to wait to see if this plot line is the real deal. Can you imagine the maternity wear that Carrie Bradshaw would sport, fancy!!

Sarah Jessica Parker and her husband Matthew Broderick are determined to work through their problems and make it work.

Well good for them, there are enough Peaches Geldofs in the world bring the divorce rate up, we need the couples that are together to stay together, extenuating circumstances aside.

SJP and Matthew are planning to renew their vows in May and forge a new bond, with which their family can move ahead to the future and have a successful marriage.

Maybe they should try what Katie and Tom do.

I bet little James Wilke is breathing a huge sigh of relief, it's hard to be little and stressed out over things you don't understand.

Sarah Jessica Parker bundled up her boy to brave the chilly, New York weather.

I have to say, again, that I just don't get why James' pants are so high. I get embarrassed when my kids look like rag-a-muffins.

I know she lets James pick out his own clothes, but you have to draw a line somewhere. At least stock his closet and dressers with clothes that fit.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are trying to dispel rumors that they are having hard times together.

They attended the opening of the new Broadway play The American Plan and didn't really look very happy to be there. Whether it's from being photographed or from their show of togetherness, Sarah just looks sad, resigned even.

I know it is cold in New York, but couldn't Matthew have worn a different hat besides a snow hat. He could have worn a nice scarf and a jaunty cap. His beenie just ruins his outfit, hers too as a matter of fact.

So do you think they are still on as a couple, or do you think they are putting on a show for the paps? If they are putting on a show, why? I just want to know why they think it's necessary.

Actress Kate Hudson is mom to Ryder Russell (dad is Chris Robinson) and although the 29-year-old was raised in a carefree home by her free-spirited mom, actress Goldie Hawn and stepdad, actor Kurt Russell, Kate admits she's a strict mom.

Kate talks to Metro.com about marriage, divorce and motherhood. Here are some of the highlights:

Would you get married again?
"Maybe, it depends. I haven’t become cynical. I would consider marriage if it was important to the other person."

What makes marriage so fascinating to people?
"Most girls grow up with weddings as a big dream… It’s a billion-dollar industry. Everybody at some point looks forward to the day they get married. The idea of celebrating your relationship with somebody is something everyone looks forward to in their lives. Unfortunately, it becomes clouded with all the stuff that comes with it. My friends reminded me that, for my wedding, I complained Chris wouldn’t do anything and my mom was driving me crazy. I must have blocked that insanity out."

How do you manage to have such a good relationship with Chris now you’re divorced?
"You’ve got to put the children first. If you can’t grow up in a marriage, you might as well grow up in the divorce. At least if you have to get divorced you have to do the right thing for the children. It’s not so easy but if it was we’d all be happily married for the rest of our lives with a million children, who are all perfect."

What has been your biggest challenge?
"My lesson in life has been to learn to say ‘no’. I’m a ‘yes’ person. I don’t like letting people down, so I had to learn to say ‘no’. That came very easily once I became a mother. ‘Can I have candy?’ ‘No.’"

Are you a strict mother?
"Yes. My parents were very tough and there’s something to be said for that. My parents were really hard on me and yet they are my favourite people in the world and we have the greatest relationship. That’s how I’d like to raise my child. You love them but you have to put your foot down."

Is it tough being followed everywhere when you have a child?
"I always go incognito in New York and London and no one bothers me. It’s only when you bring attention to yourself that people notice. If you have bodyguards and limos and you’re wearing Gaultier to get a cup of coffee, people will stop and stare but when I go for a run in Hyde Park, with my earphones in, wearing sweats, nobody cares."

Kate Hudson certainly doesn't mind speaking her mind or taking her clothes off. She has no plans to stop doing either. If you're into Kate, then I guess that's good news!

The 29-year-old actress isn't bothered by getting naked for magazine shoots. She actually finds the process liberating.

Hudson says, "I love doing them and I will do more. It's fun."

She adds, "Also, I've come to appreciate the skill of the photographer. It's a real art.

"I'm very interested in that side of it."

It might be a bit awkward for her son Ryder when he's old enough to put his mother's name in Google and up pops all sorts of stuff - nude pics and all! Kate has previously said her 5-year-old is already a boob man, so it's probably all good anyway.
