trying to recreate London in New York City, and this is in the style of
a London townhouse.” &lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;According to a broker, no other property in the area has ever sold for more than $20 million... &lt;i&gt;until now&lt;/i&gt;. It&amp;#39;s not clear whether Madonna&amp;#39;s desire for a new home had anything at all to do with her plans for adopting Mercy James, or not. The timing could be coincidental.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Either way, Madonna&amp;#39;s three kids Lourdes, 12, Rocco, 8, and David, 3, will no doubt have a pretty awesome crib on the Upper East Side. Aside from it being humongous and luxurious, the place reportedly has a pretty lively atmosphere.
