Are you referring to a school program or individual classes that children can take? If it's individual classes, most programs offer to a range of ages (18 - 24 months and so on). If it's a school program for Fall 2007, most schools will accept applications if the child will be 2 by the time the school year begins. Hope I helped answer the questions ....
