Fairfield County, CT parents - now there's a site just for you www.fairfieldcountychild.com

I  moved to Fairfield County, Ct after living in the city for a few years, then I had a baby and realized that this area is really lacking a resource for parents where they can find information on where to EAT, SHOP and PLAY with their little ones. So I decided to  build that resource myself.

Check out www.fairfieldcountychild.com to find decent family-friendly restaurants, boutique toy and children's clothing shops and activities that are creative, healthy and fun. I just launched so I welcome comments and feedback!

Hey newmama -- good luck with the site! I'm actually from Fairfield, CT (the town, in the county) originally. I have a few friends still there, with little ones, so I'll pass the info along.

hey jane thanks for the note. i LOVE your blog/column thing.. hysterical! hey what ad agency are you with in boston (you wroterecently you were doing some probono work there)... i used to work at hill, holliday when i lived there and i have a friend at arnold. how do you find the time to write like you do with 3 kids and a job?

so yes please please please spread the word about my site to your friends in fairfield or surrounding towns. i have been trying to get the word out by doing very bad things like posting on blogs, craigslist..  you know any place that is free, but sometimes i worry i am taking the easy way out and that i should do some real, grown up marketing..until i can afford it though, i am relying on word of mouth. thanks so much! keep up the good work i look forward to reading more from you!
