Our nanny is pregnant and wants to wants to bring her baby with her when she comes back to work. My child will still be less than 1 years old when she comes back. I have mixed feelings as to whether she can look after two very small infants at the same time, and if she'll be able to give my child the attention he'll need (and I pay for). Anyone else have a similar situation or advice?
