My nanny just told us that she is expecting and would like to bring her newborn with her when she comes back to work. My child will only be 9 months old at that point--and I am really torn. She loves our child, but I have major concerns whether she will be giving my child the attention he needs (and I pay for) and whether or not she can attend to two very young babies at the same time. Thoughts?
