    travel bed?

I am going to be traveling with my baby girl in May. We have been on one trip before and she is ok with planes but last time she was only 5 months and still shared a bed with me. I don't know what I am going to do about her sleeping situation now that she is 13 months. She is too squirmy to be on an adult bed, she'll roll right off. I was thinking about getting a pack n' play but when i looked into it, the packaging said she was too big at 23lbs to use one. Any suggestions would be most useful! Thanks!

our son is just about 30 lbs and we still put him in a pack n' play when we travel without any problems. if you're staying at a hotel, they provide cribs and bedding. if you're staying at a relatives and plan on returning several times, you might want to consider getting a cheaper crib to have there. But i really think you are more than fine putting her in a pack n' play ... and they're so convenient.

I know your trip is long past, but thought I'd post this for anyone searching for the perfect travel bed for babies. I bought the Kidco Peapod Plus and had a great experience with it. My 4-month old loved it and slept happily. The pack-n-plays are just so cumbersome and heavy for airplane travel, and the Peapod weighs next to nothing. I took it as a carry on onto my flight and stuffed a bunch of other things into the bag it comes in....
