    Did you dress your child in a gender specific color?

    • Yes, we dressed our son in blue / our daughter in pink. (25%)
    • No. Gender-neutral colors worked better for us, like green and yellow. (50%)

    Since we didn't know ahead of time what we were getting, a lot of Jillian's layette stuff was green and yellow and purple and black and red.  Now she does have a lot of pink things, but her entire wardrobe isn't pink (thank GOD). 

    I just wish that so much of the clothes for babies and toddlers weren't so aggressively gendered.  There are some totally cute blue outfits out there but they say things like "Daddy's Li'l Slugger" and cute purple things that say stuff like "Princess."    I mean, ICK.
