Yep, since a nice peak in 1991 there&amp;#39;s been nothing but an appalling decline of teen parentage, but hey! Teens are finally getting it on! The &amp;quot;Safe sex&amp;quot; programs are also common in schools but they don&amp;#39;t show much more success then the abstinence programs. Parents need to sit down with their kids at a reasonable age,like oh say, 11(not waiting till they&amp;#39;re 15, it&amp;#39;ll be too late then)and tell them straight, how your body is changing, what sex is, what can happen, that they hope you wait but if you don&amp;#39;t to protect yourself. Are parents afraid to talk to their kids about sex because they think that if they don&amp;#39;t say anything they don&amp;#39;t do it? Fat chance of that happening.&lt;/p&gt;
