&lt;p&gt;it just doesn't seem possible for a two year old to a) have body image issues and b) have the skills to think up a plan about how to lose weight. do two years olds even understand the concept of weight loss?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;this is weird to me.&lt;/p&gt;
