Of course parents need to be responsible but CEC, by stating their policy they open themselves up to more liability if (when?) the inevitable happens.

BTW we've been to CEC exactly once. That will last me for the next century.

If you are going to bring your kid to a place like Chuck E. Cheese, then it's your job to keep track of them. It's not their fault if you don't look after your kid and someone snatches them.

So funny that I happened upon this site, I just got done posting about CEC a few days ago and then ended up there for 2.5 hours today escorting my youngest to a B-Day party. I'm recovering right now with a glass of wine...all right two glasses of wine and a handful of aspirin.

Your so right! The blame is simply another example of a generation of parents who don't take responsibility for their own children. It's not the evil mouses fault, put down your pizza and play with your kid. Then there is no problem.
