If it was God's will that George W. be elected to the White House, was it God's will that Barack Obama was elected? Or does God's vote not count when He's voting Democrat?

I'm just asking, since I'm not able to judge these things myself.

I'm a conservative Christian, but I am always creeped out when people talk about God speaking to them, or God issuing them a personal call. Especially when a person talks about this publicly. Fine, if you think God called you to do something (assuming it's not, you know, starting a cult or killing people), do it, but don't use your "divine mandate" to try to get others to go along with you.
