My brother called his a "pickle" for ages... maybe he still does, I don't know. We're going with "penis" with the boys, unless thay come up with some other excellent name.

We go with "twig and berries" around here too. I had never heard it before I met my husband, but even my 13 year old uses it.

I started telling my son it is his penis, but my husband informed me that he'd like it to be called a pee-pee for now. I laughed, because it's not the "guy way" to re-name body parts so much as it is the "woman's way". My daughter calls her parts wee-wee. She learned that one from my husband too, when I had intended to have her call it "private parts" or even vagina, although that's really a misnomer for the parts she's actually referring to.

Twig & berries. Weenie can also be "downgraded" to teeny weenie.

I try to use the word penis, but the owner of said organ call it his "bee-pee".
