And if she is asleep, I just take the car seat with me...And when she;ll get older an we have to change car seats I'll just take her with me, even if it's for 30 sec...&lt;/p&gt;

I just try to have another grown-up with me when the tank is almost empty.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There are many times though when I know he will be perfectly fine while I run in to the store to pick up the pizza, etc., but the only reason I don't is that I don't want to have to deal with some do-gooder passing by and calling the cops.&lt;/p&gt;
