&lt;p&gt;When I was born my granddad told my mom that she was supposed to lie absolutely still on the 10th day after giving birth, because that's the day that all the organs realign and you wouldn't want anything getting messed up. &amp;nbsp;I think my grandmother just told him that when she was having babies because she was tired!&lt;/p&gt;
