Remember how I wrote a couple of weeks ago about the woman from Michigan who delivered a child on her front lawn? Well, it happened again, this time to a woman from Fullerton, Calif.
To make matters worse, Jessica Higgins was by herself when she pushed
out little Mary Claire on Tuesday, although her husband did get home in
time to "cut the baby's umbilical cord under the front yard ficus
tree." That's almost poetic. 
All
these weird births has finally prompted me to compose a list. And here
it is: The five least pleasant places to give birth.(Note: I am leaving
out really horrible situations, like having a kid in a military camp or
in a hostage situation. This list will be unpleasant, but
light-heartedly so. I mean, please, it's not even noon yet.)
