Talk about being responsible for your kids' behavior: A guy in Kentucky is serving six months in jail. Why? His daughter failed her math test
and didn't get her GED. The GED was required by a previous court order,
and even though his daughter is now 18 years old, the decision was
rendered when she was 16, a minor. Apparently at 16 she developed a
habit of skipping school.
The daughter, Brittany Gegner, who now
