Schools near downtown Rochester, New Hampshire, are in a full- or
soft-lockdown this afternoon pending a hostage situation in Hillary
Clinton's downtown campaign offices.
Some of the schools are
releasing students only to their parents this afternoon as an extra
precaution, while the rest of the area has been evacuated.
