Putting adoptive parents through the ringer to ensure they're ready
to be trusted with your child is one thing. Asking them to pay your
traffic tickets? Or buy you a TV?
The state of Oklahoma is
working on legislation that would finally put an end to these sorts of
demands from biological parents, exorbitant expectations that are being
lumped in as part of the adoption "fees" parents-to-be are going into
