Yet again, Sarah Palin has broken away from the Straight Talk party line and voiced her own opinion.
This time, she's all about constitutional bans on gay marriage. McCain,
for what it's worth, opposes them and wants states to decide. The day
before, she went and dissed robo calls, which John McCain's campaign
has been
forced to use due to a stunning dearth of volunteers. Back home in
Alaska, one veterans group is demanding apologies after her appointee
disagreed with a report detailing shortcomings of how veterans
-- including Vietnam veterans! -- have been cared for in the state. She
knows veteran care is a big deal for her running mate, right? Or is it
that she doesn't care anymore what he thinks?
