In what is possibly the youngest DUI ever, an eleven year old girl near the Alabama/Florida border was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, reckless endangerment and leaving the scene of an accident.
The pre-teen led the police on a high speed car chase (really high speed, sometimes she was driving as fast as 100 mph) in a car that belonged to some relatives. She also tested over the legal blood alcohol level for minors.
I have no idea what kind of punishment she will receive from the police, but I think it is a pretty safe bet that she is grounded.
*Note to my own children: I know you can't read yet, but when you can and you search the internet archives for everything your lunatic mother has ever written - don't even think about pulling this kind of crap. You'll never get into an Ivy League college with this kind of behavior.
