The lead of this story at MSNBC is alarming. I quote:
"More new babies are being kidnapped from public places — homes, parking
lots and shopping malls — even as improved awareness and better
security
have cut the number of newborns snatched from the nation’s
hospitals and health centers."
Makes you nervous, right? Well, the situation is not quite as frightening as that sentence makes it sound.
