hit their
cousins, cut their hair when I'm not looking, or cry for no reason.

I was pretty much the same way (just with the food; I seem
to have been a perfect angel the rest of the time, at least according to my
mother, who looks at me askance every time one of my children doesn't do
exactly as he's told). But I remember I loved vegetable soup--as long as it was
Campbell's Vegetarian Vegetable, the kind with the tiny alphabet pasta.
I may have caved on a lot of things, but I haven't caved yet
on processed foods.
