Who knew there was room left on the family DVD shelf for yet another
movie about a talking vehicle? Who knew Carrot Top could not be
annoying and kid-appropriate all at the same time?
Believe it. Tugger: The Jeep 4x4 Who Wanted to Fly
has its hunka-junk moments, just like the animated World War II era car
that lends its name to the film. But overall, the worst thing about the
Jim Belushi and Carrot Top vehicle (come on, I had to throw that one in
there) is that no one's heard of it.
