Two-year-old Ryder Robinson finally got his first haircut. Ryder is the adorable son of Kate Hudson, and what’s his name… You know, from that god-awful 90’s band?… They had one

Long hairstyles on little boys are a fairly common sight these days – that is, if you get your daily news fix from US Weekly and OK! like I do. But it’s not such a new idea. As part of their religious culture, Hasidic Jews do not cut the hair of their sons until their third birthdays. Sikh men and boys leave their hair long throughout their lives as a symbol of their spirituality. Long male hair is a common element among many spiritual leaders, including Jesus, Moses and Buddha.

How do you feel about long hair on boys? Would you let your little guy rock this look, or would you hold him down and shave him?
