Imagine
this: it's Orlando in July, 100 degrees with 99% humidity. You've
been waiting on line at one of Disney World's prime attractions for
what seems like an eternity. You're starting to hallucinate - did that
woman just step in front of you? You're sure she wasn't there a minute
ago. There's some jostling back and forth, and some not-so-friendly
words are exchanged. So, you punch the other woman in the face, choke
her, and pull her hair while she struggles to protect her kids from
