dash board. Being topless, maybe that drew some attention."
Those are the words of Robert Martin, a New Jersey man arrested last week
for displaying a topless Barbie doll, pornographic magazines and other
salacious materials inside his car, which was parked at a rest stop off
the Garden State Parkway.
